Answers before you ask
Do you provide all three levels of post-construction cleaning?
Yes. We quote Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 cleaning according to the actual site stage and written project requirements.
Are you insured and covered by WCB?
Yes. FORMA carries $5 million in liability insurance and maintains WCB coverage. Documentation is available upon request.
Can you work around active trades?
Yes, when the schedule and site conditions allow. We coordinate access, sequencing and expectations with the project contact.
Do you offer recurring commercial cleaning?
Yes. Routine schedules and custom property scopes are available based on location, frequency, access and service requirements.
